We offer a new exciting menu each week, which includes a
selection of nutritionally balanced chicken, beef, pork and seafood dishes. Our weekly menu is posted on Friday mornings and you have until the
following Thursday at 9:00pm to place your order.
As a basic guideline, we provide the macronutrient
information for each dish – the fat, protein and carbohydrate content, as well as
the total calories. This information can be found on
the product page for each dish.

Our food is prepared in a facility that handles nuts, gluten, dairy, seafood including shellfish, whey, wheat/gluten, eggs, soy, and other common food allergens. While we do not use tree nuts or peanuts in our dishes, our kitchen is not a designated nut-free facility. As such, we can not guarantee that your food will be allergen-free.

Our meals come in microwavable, 100% recyclable containers.
Sauces and condiments are placed in a separate cup, which should be removed
from the containers prior to reheating. Always review the reheating
instructions on the package label.
Being eco-friendly is of utmost importance to the Charlie
team. Our containers are recyclable and reusable. While you may have heard
about “compostable” packaging, the truth is that certified compostable items
such as plates and cutlery can only be commercially composted, which is not
available in Durham Region yet. That means that any “biodegradable” and
“compostable” packaging will end up in your regular garbage and take up space
in our landfills.
All our meals are fully cooked and ready to consume. For
best results, we recommend heating your meals in a microwave for 1½ - 2
minutes, or as indicated on the package label. You can also heat your meals in
the oven by transferring the contents to an oven-safe container.
Please note that the transparent lid we provide you with should be removed from the container prior to microwaving. As well, our black containers should not be placed in regular ovens.
Our dishes will stay fresh and safe to consume for up to 5
days from the day you received them. We always recommend consuming seafood
While our food is meant to be enjoyed fresh, the dishes may also be frozen for up to 1 month, as long as they are frozen within the first 5 days of you receiving them. Let the dish thaw overnight in your fridge and re-heat in the microwave within 24 hours.
If you opt out of fish/seafood/beef/pork, we will substitute with another chef's choice dish. If you select more than one of these options, we will make every effort to still give you 5 different meals, but in some cases, you might receive more than one of the same dish.
1. Our Weekly Subscription ($60 per week) - Receive 5 different dishes from our rotating weekly menu. Perfect if you are not a picky eater and would like to enjoy our fabulous meals at a significant discount!
The weekly subscription renews automatically, so all you have to do is come by our pick-up location in Whitby on Sunday to get your week’s worth of meals. We will always e-mail you ahead of time to share your upcoming weekly menu. There is no long-term commitment and you can cancel your subscription at any time!
2. Choose your own meals – Select as many meals as you want from our rotating weekly menu. Place your order by Thursday 9:00pm and pick them up from us on Sunday.
Please note that there is a minimum quantity of 5 items that must be ordered.
Yes, you can pause or cancel the weekly subscription anytime before Thursdays at 9:00pm.
Simply log in to your customer account (by clicking the customer icon, to the right of the search icon, at the top right corner of our website) and choose to temporarily pause, or permanently cancel your subscription.

Deliveries will be made between 1:00 pm - 9:00 pm on Sundays. We'll send you a text when your food has been delivered.
We will leave your food either in an insulated cooler bag or an insulated shipping box, depending on your delivery area. Your meals can remain unrefrigerated in the cooler bag for up to 1.5 hours. The cooler bag/ice pack are property of Charlie and must be returned to us in their original condition. Please leave them out at your door at the time of your next delivery for our driver to collect. Unreturned or damaged cooler bags/ice packs will be subject to additional charges. Insulated shipping boxes do not need to be returned.
We cannot accommodate changes to delivery requests after 5:00pm on Saturday.
