Orders placed today will be ready for pickup/delivery on Sunday, June 7. Visit us between 10:00am and 1:00pm at 701 Brock Street North in Whitby (Click here for directions). Deliveries will be made between 1:00 pm - 9:00 pm on Sundays. We'll send you a text when your food has been delivered. We will leave your food in an insulated cooler bag or an insulated shipping box, depending on your delivery area. Your meals can remain unrefrigerated in the cooler bag for up to 1.5 hours. The cooler bag/ice packs are property of Charlie and must be returned to us in their original condition. Please leave them out at your door at the time of your next delivery for our driver to collect. Unreturned or damaged cooler bags/ice packs will be subject to additional charges. Insulated shipping boxes (including the foil pouch) do not need to be returned and can be left out with recycling. We cannot accommodate changes to delivery requests after 9:00pm on Thursday.
By submitting this order, you agree that it is your responsibility to maintain the food properly refrigerated at 4°C or below after pick up or delivery.
