How it Works
Step 1: Order Online
Choose from our selection of delicious meals. Menu changes weekly. Place your order by Thursday 9 pm for Sunday pickup.
Step 2: Delivery/Pick up
Your meals will be ready for pickup at our Whitby location on Sunday between 10am - 1pm. Delivery is also available.
Step 3: Heat and Eat!
Just pop your meal in the microwave whenever you are ready and enjoy!

Yes! You can pick up your order on Sundays between 10:00 am and 1:00 pm at our location: 701 Brock Street North, Unit 3B, Whitby, ON L1N 8R2. Please note that this is the only available pick-up time.
Our meal prep deliveries take place every Sunday between 12:00 pm and 9:00 pm. We'll send you a text message to let you know when your order has been delivered.
A flat delivery fee of $10 applies to all delivery locations within our service area.
Your meals will be delivered in either an insulated cooler bag or an insulated shipping box, depending on your location. Meals in cooler bags can remain unrefrigerated for up to 1.5 hours. The cooler bag and ice pack are the property of Charlie and must be returned to us in their original condition at the time of your next delivery. Please leave them at your door for our driver. Unreturned or damaged cooler bags/ice packs may be subject to additional charges. Insulated shipping boxes do not need to be returned.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate changes to delivery requests after Thursday at 9:00 pm. This allows our team to efficiently prepare and organize all orders for Sunday delivery.
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order after the cut off time, as we source the ingredients and begin the prep work right away. If you want to place an order for Sunday after the ordering cut-off has passed, please contact us. If we happen to have extra meals available for sale, we can let you know on a first come first served basis before Sunday at 10am.
About the Meals
We're excited to offer a delicious and diverse menu that changes weekly! This ensures you always have new and exciting healthy prepared meal options to choose from. Our menus do not repeat for at least 3 months.
Yes, nutritional information including macronutrients and main ingredients is available for each menu item on our website. We also include the macronutrient information on the labels for the actual meals.
We take allergies very seriously. Our meals are prepared in a facility that handles gluten, dairy, seafood including shellfish, whey, wheat/gluten, eggs, dairy, soy, sesame and other common food allergens. While tree nuts and peanuts are not used in our meal prep recipes, our kitchen is not certified as nut-free, and cross-contact is possible. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that any meal will be completely allergen-free. We do not offer customized modifications to individual meals, such as removing or substituting ingredients. If you feel comfortable proceeding with this in mind, the best approach is to place a custom order for the specific meals you can have each week. Every menu item includes a list of key ingredients and indicates dairy-free or gluten-free meals, helping you make informed choices based on your dietary needs.
Our prepared meals are carefully packaged in individual, microwavable, airtight containers to ensure maximum freshness and quality upon delivery.
For best results, reheat your meals in the microwave for 2 - 3 minutes. Heating times may vary depending on your microwave. You can also heat your meals in a conventional oven by transferring the contents to an oven-safe dish.
Our meals are made with fresh, high-quality ingredients and are designed to be enjoyed within 5 days when stored properly in the refrigerator. Please refer to the "best before" date on each container.
Absolutely! You can place a custom order for the specific meals you prefer or you can order our meal prep subscription and select to opt out of fish, shellfish, beef, or pork. For weekly subscriptions, any time we have a menu item with a protein you have selected not to have, we will automatically substitute it with a chicken dish of the Chef’s choice.

Our weekly subscription offers a convenient way to enjoy fresh, healthy meals without the hassle of cooking. It automatically renews each week, and your meal prep is delivered to your door (or available for pick-up) on Sundays. You can manage your subscription through your online account.
Yes, you have the flexibility to pause or cancel your weekly meal prep subscription at any time. Please ensure to make any changes before Thursday at 9:00 pm for the upcoming Sunday delivery or pick-up. You can manage your subscription settings through your online account or by contacting us.
You can place a one-time custom order for the specific meals you’d like by selecting the meals and adding them to the cart. Unlike the weekly subscription, this order will not automatically renew.
